Job Description
- Take charge of the entire website creation process from concept to launch
- Engage with clients to understand their needs and translate them into effective website concepts
- Collaborate with the team from the initial brief through concept development, wireframing, design, website creation and QA
- Design and build fully functional websites using the Wix platform, ensuring a seamless user experience
- Participate in design reviews and offer creative input during brainstorming sessions
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure cohesive design execution
- Stay up-to-date with the latest Wix features, web design trends, and best practices
Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional web design experience and a strong portfolio demonstrating expertise from concept to launch
- Experience working directly with clients, understanding their vision, and delivering tailored web solutions
- Proficiency with Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects (plus) and AI creation tools
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills including the ability to give and receive feedback effectively
- Outstanding presentation skills and the ability to present to an audience in both Hebrew and English
- You’re well versed in UX/UI fundamentals and design principles such as layout, typography and image-making
- You are self-motivated and can manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines
- You’re a high-energy individual with a can-do mindset that contributes to a vibrant and engaging work environment
- You have a meticulous eye for detail to ensure that every element of the website is polished and aligned with the client’s goals
