Job Description

Are you detail-oriented, great with numbers, and love solving puzzles? At efood, we’re on the lookout for a Wallet Assistant who will help us keep our COD (Cash on Delivery) balances on point and ensure a smooth reconciliation process between our logistics and finance systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Match bank deposits with Riders’ IDs and allocate those with missing info

• Upload verified deposits into our logistics platform (Hurrier)

• Collaborate with the accounting team on issues like counterfeit notes or withheld bank amounts

• Investigate and resolve price discrepancies on orders and keep accurate records

• Communicate with Riders via email and phone about their wallet balances

• Support the “Rider Wallet” project and assist the COD team with ad hoc tasks

• Review balance reports and follow up with Riders to arrange payments

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in a similar role (accounts receivable is a plus)

• Background in customer service? Even better!

• Strong time management and independent work skills

• High attention to detail and solid problem-solving mindset

• Familiarity with Google Workspace

• Excellent negotiation and communication skills
