About The Role
As the Vice President of Product Management, you will be responsible for defining and driving our product vision, ensuring alignment with our business objectives and customer needs. This is a unique opportunity to lead a product organization in a rapidly evolving industry while positioning yourself for future growth within our company. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, Engineering, and Customer Success, to build world-class products that resonate with our enterprise clients.
What You’ll Do
- Product Leadership: Take full ownership of the product portfolio, driving the product strategy, roadmap, and execution. Act as lighthouse leader for our product and advocate for driving meaningful customer outcomes.
- Market Understanding: Leverage your deep knowledge of the networking domain and familiarity with adjacent markets to translate complex customer requirements into actionable product plans.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work effectively with international Sales and Marketing teams to understand market trends and customer needs, ensuring product-market fit and driving product adoption.
- Team Building: Inspire and lead a high-performing product management team, fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and collaboration.
- Innovation and Trends: Stay ahead of technological advancements and industry trends, integrating new insights into product development and strategy.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize data and analytics to inform product decisions and validate assumptions, ensuring alignment with customer needs and business goals.

What You'll Need
- Proven track record of building world-class products in B2B SaaS companies, with a strong focus on network automation and assurance
- Extensive experience in the networking space, with a deep understanding of enterprise customer needs and how to cater to them effectively.
- Demonstrated ability to manage a suite of products and navigate the complexities of enterprise product management.
- Proven track record of building an accountable partnership and close, effective ways of collaboration with distributed Engineering teams: You ensure an overlap with their time zone and rally teams around shared product vision and meaningful outcomes for customers.
- Exceptional strategic mindset with the ability to execute rapidly, balancing high-level vision with practical implementation.
- Excellent leadership skills with a proven ability to build, mentor, and lead high-performing teams.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to synthesize data into actionable insights and communicate those effectively.
