What you’ll do:
- Build an experience passionate about providing outstanding service in the industry to our most valuable Poker customers in Italy.
- Implement Customer Value Management strategy, including retention, happiness and responsible gaming for VIP Customers through dedicated accounts, to reach related targets in terms revenue and profitability.
- Execute commercial campaign and promotional strategy across all products in coordination with marketing and other commercial functions.
- Leverage KPIs supervising to improve customer engagement and economic results.
- Identify trends or behaviours that indicate when a VIP player may be at risk of leaving or becoming disengaged and creating strategies to prevent that.
- Leverage established relationships with players to gather ongoing feedback, collaborating closely with our commercial and product teams to use customer insights for driving meaningful improvements for our High-Value customers.
- Efficiently handle blocking issues from customers as the main point of contact in collaboration with customer care, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
What you’ll bring:
- Previous experience in sales, with a strong commercial focus and a proven track record of consistently meeting targets
- Ability to drive profitable growth by efficiently managing budgets and supporting decision-making through data analysis.
- ·Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a passion for engaging with people from all backgrounds.
- An excellent understanding of Poker, Online gaming and passion for the game.
- Fluent in Italian and English.
