About the Position
We have an excellent opportunity available for a recently graduated or bachelor/master student interested in making a difference at Kraft Heinz as Health Safety and Environment (HSE) Intern. This role will be based in Plasmon Factory in Latina (LT). You'll be working in a high performing team, alongside peers always trying to reach the next level.
During the internship you will be enrolled in both strategic and tactical projects, besides being involved in daily operational activities.
Purpose of the job

The HSE Intern will be involved in:

  • Ensuring compliance with the Heinz HSE Management Systems and existing Best Practices;
  • Ensuring that the site adheres to applicable Heinz policies/procedures, processes and operating principles; ensure compliance with any HSE legislation;
  • Managing and control the Near Miss resolution process;
  • Supervisioning of industrial safety/warning signs located in the factory;
  • Delivering small project with high autonomy (create a new "HSE employee handbook")
  • Assisting and supporting in the organization of employee trainings;
  • Assisting with the implementation of continuous improvement principles into HSE elements;
  • Supporting the ISO 45001 certification (contribute to create the documentations for the Management System and participate to Management System activities -internal audit, non-conformity management).


Soft Skills

  • Ability to multitask and work in a team;
  • Problem-solving and decision making skills


Hard Skills

  • EU Working Permit (Orientation Year Visa not included);
  • Education: Master/Bachelor degree in Industrial Engineering;
  • IT Knowledge: strong MS Office skills (great command of Excel), good knowledge of other analytic tools, basic knowledge of programming is a plus and always curious to learn more IT tools;
  • Language Knowledge: fluent in English and Italian
  • Management system knowledge (ISO 9001-14001-45001) is a plus
