About the position
We have an excellent opportunity available for a Factory Scheduler to make a difference at Kraft Heinz. The Factory Scheduler lies within the EPDM Western Europe Operations BU. You'll be working in a hard-working team, alongside peers, always trying to reach the next level. You'll be reporting into our Senior Factory Scheduler, Valerio Berna Berionni . Get ready for a lot of exposure to internal senior stakeholders.
In brief, you are responsible to:
Maintain finished goods stock level to avoid CFR risks. Ensure the correct wip rotation considering the FIFO.
Responsibilities & accountabilities
- Participate on cross-functional teams as the material & production scheduling representative;
- Sequence production plans in the most effective way to maximize volume and work within the constraints of the factory;
- Provide support to the factory throughout the week as production and demand varies;
- Ensure all systems are integrated and reflect the up to date plan, by updating Sequencing planning systems and releasing process orders in SAP;
- Quickly react to changes driven by other areas of the business (e.g. Supply Planning, R&D) which could affect the production plan;
- Ensure score processes and standardized parameters are in place and followed up (handover meetings, calendars, rates, constraints, supply meetings...);
- Conduct regular reviews of production performance vs. PASO to ensure materials are available when required and trends in performance are captured in rates going forward;
- Work with S&OP to identify issues on the horizon which may impact plans;
- Work with R&D / S&OP and the factory to schedule production trials for new products launch;
- Define monthly procurement requirements plan for ingredients and packaging materials to be sent to suppliers;
- Identify potential complications that could affect production plans;
- Support phase in / phase out business projects;
- Manage daily issues to support the business;
- Expert of Food Contact Materials from a regulatory and food safety perspective
Qualifications
Please kindly note that you need to have an EU Working Permit (Orientation Year Visa not included) in order to proceed for this position.

Background:
- Engineering Studies;
- Previous experience in material planning, inventory management, purchasing, or a related position for at least 1/3 years.
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes and supply chain management.
