Responsibilities
- Take ownership of schedule. Work with suppliers to ensure delivery commitments are met.
- Monitor performance at subcontractor facilities, including but not limited to staffing levels, planned hours of operation, receipt of major materials, and performance of sub-suppliers.
- Schedule management - proactively identify any potential bottlenecks, critical path items which could jeopardize overall
- project schedule, alert project team in the event of schedule slippage.
- Identify solutions, in conjunction with the procurement, project management and supplier, and execute to bring projects back on schedule.
- Monitor process sub-suppliers (coating, galvanizing, plate rolling, etc.) as required to verify status of production and anticipate issues which will affect schedule.
- Conduct/Attend Progress Review meetings as required at subcontractor facilities as required.
- Monitor and report completion of milestone completion dates such as dates for receipt of free issue items, approval of welding procedures, or receipt of approved drawings.
- Ensure timely and accurate manufacturing schedules are available and monitor the same.
- Act as a facilitator between supplier and Zeeco. Ensure deliverables are expedited from both parties.
- Maintaining and developing positive supplier relationships.
- Perform day-to-day administrative tasks, such as processing information files, reporting and other paperwork.
- Take the ownership for the ongoing order and shall go 1 Step ahead to make the things happens.

- Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering OR Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
- EXPERIENCE:
- Diploma in Mechanical Engineering with more than 8 years of working experience in Oil & Gas industry OR Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering with more than 5 years of working experience in Oil & Gas industry
