Job ResponsibilitiesDesign & Development
- Create customer experience journeys for product/project features, web pages, product interstitials, notifications, and other components of the product experience that align and support the overall subscriber experience.
- Create wireframes, storyboards, walkthroughs, and prototypes to communicate your design to the rest of the team.
- Develop detailed wireframes, user flows, mockups, and other product deliverables to effectively communicate designs and product requirements.
- Conduct testing of sample applications, websites, and software to Assess user experience and ease of design.
- Use recent studies and findings to establish the best overall design elements to include in UX design experiences.
- Build storyboards to conceptualize designs to accurately convey project plans to clients and senior management.
- Design the aesthetics to be implemented within a website or product, from the layout menus and drop-down options to colors and fonts allowing for interface edits as needed.
- Analyze customer responses and website data to examine high-traffic web pages and determine why certain web pages perform better.
Documentation, Communication & Collaboration
- Maintain all UX/UI templates, documentation, assets, personas, design mockups, user flows, navigational maps, and experience documentation for assigned projects.
- Collaborate with project teams to create artwork for the platform that satisfies requirements and strategic messaging and continues to raise the visual integrity of the user experience, to drive user adoption and engagement.
- Collaborate with fellow designers to help evolve the design language of the website/mobile application.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with other groups to solve strategic initiatives and new project challenges quickly and creatively.
- Work closely with a cross-functional team of designers, software engineers, product managers, and business owners through all product development phases.

Previous Work Experience
- 3-4 years of demonstrated experience in creating and implementing UX/UI design
- Proficient with visual design programs such as Adobe Photoshop.
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment to create top-performing interfaces for clients.
- Continued education and research into UX/UI trends and current design strategy and technologies.
- A strong portfolio of work demonstrating breadth and depth in UX and visual design, design strategy and process Experience designing complex solutions for complete digital environments for both desktop and mobile.
- Experience applying WCAG standards to design concepts.
- Critical thinker able to work through complex variations and with high attention to detail.
- Proficient with at least one of these design programs such as Adobe Suite, Sketch, Figma, or equivalent.
- Proficient with qualitative and quantitative user testing methodologies, such as user research, usability testing (moderated and unmoderated), A/B testing, and analysis.
