Job Description

We’re seeking a passionate and eager UX Design Intern to join our team! This is a fantastic opportunity for college students who are excited to apply their academic knowledge and learn in a real-world environment. You’ll get hands-on experience in research-driven design, collaborate with a dynamic team, and grow your skills in user experience design.

  • Passion for Learning: A strong desire to grow and learn through hands-on UX design work, with a focus on user research and ideation.

  • Curiosity & Initiative: Self-starter with a proactive mindset, eager to contribute and take on new challenges.

  • Collaboration: Enthusiastic about working in a team environment and contributing to collective goals.

  • Accountability: Takes ownership of assigned tasks, consistently striving to improve and deliver quality work.

  • Proficiency in Figma or similar design tools is a plus!

  • Learning the core practice of UX design: wireframes, prototypes, surveys

  • Knows the basic workflow; assists with design operations of the team.

  • Ability to analyze user data and feedback to inform design decisions.

  • A keen eye for detail to ensure high-quality design output.

  • Commitment to creating designs that positively impact user experience and satisfaction.

  • Proactively take ownership of tasks and projects, ensuring timely delivery of design milestones.

Basic Requirements

  • High School Diploma is required

  • Must be pursuing a minimum of a Bachelor's Degree with a graduation date of December 2025 or later

  • Students requiring current or future visa sponsorship must be pursuing a minimum of a Master’s Degree with a graduation date of December 2025 or later
