What you'll do...
Position Overview
The candidate will be responsible for product analysis and evaluation of SaaS-based commercial products in the FinTech space, particularly for financial reconciliation. Key products include exposure to commercial products like ReconNet and Blackline, with an emphasis on AI/ML-based approaches to reconciliation being a plus.
Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate and analyze SaaS-based products for financial reconciliation.
- Drive feature parity for the in-house Matching & Exception Management platform, modernizing product tooling and supporting diverse data formats.
- Analyze data to define requirements for building and leveraging Machine Learning/AI models, including monitoring, self-learning, feedback loops, and pipeline automation for model management.
- Understand and define requirements for customer use cases, processes, and integrations with various data sources and financial systems (AP/AR).
- Prioritize requirements based on value and urgency, driving execution and process improvements iteratively.
- Define Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) that align with the company's strategic goals, tracking progress and iterating based on performance and market changes.

Sunnyvale, California US-04397:The annual salary range for this position is $117,000.00-$234,000.00
Bentonville, Arkansas US-10735:The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00-$180,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
