Job Description
Our team is seeking an passionate Product Operations Analyst to join us as we create and deliver mission critical services and processes to enable Traveloka Transport.
Product Operations Analyst role is a part of the service delivery team for our product lines, responsible in maintaining SLAs with precision while continuously improving our existing processes. As a key member of Traveloka team, this role provides you the opportunity to play a front-line role in building our operational capabilities in collaboration with Product Managers, Market Managers, and Customer Care team.
In this role, you will:

Execute and perform operational processes related to service delivery, focusing on maintaining SLAs with high accuracy amidst growing volumes and demand.

Work with various teams (Product, Finance, Engineering, Marketing, and Market Management teams) to onboard a scalable system to serve our markets.

Onboard new partnerships and develop as well as implement Standard Operational Procedures across teams.

Troubleshoot and solve cases that arise in delivering our operational processes.

Turn data into actionable insights about our users to drive product decisions, explain trends across data sources, potential opportunities for growth or improvement, and data caveats for data analysis,

Analyze our processes and initiate changes and improvements to help scale our operations and enhance user experience.

Develop, refine, and maintain documentation of operational procedures and best practices to facilitate team knowledge sharing.

Navigate changes in product and tooling while being at the forefront of ensuring efficient service delivery.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you must possess:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science and Computer Engineering, or other relevant fields (Mathematics, Electrical Engineering, IT, Chemistry, Physics, Engineering Science, STEM) from reputable universities with minimum GPA of 3.5/4.0.

1 year or more of working experience.

Experience in the travel industry, other technology company, or global consulting field is a plus.

Excellent analytical skills and ability to interpret complex data to drive decision-making.

Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously and deliver results within deadlines.

Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levels.

Excellent communication skill in English, both written and verbal, with the ability to present ideas and influence stakeholders effectively.

Ability to quickly learn and absorb new knowledge in the fast-changing and dynamic industry, and synthesize learnings into strategic growth levers that generate tangible business impacts.
