Site Leader Jakarta

Position Purpose: The Jakarta PGS Site Leader provides leadership, strategic direction, and tactical oversight to the facility, in alignment with the PGS global Mission and Strategy . This includes responsibility for all P roduction o perations and the related support ing functions ( Engineering, Utilities & Maintenance, Quality Operations , EHS, Supply Chain & Warehousing, Finance, Procurement,Digital, PX and Operational Excellence ).
Primary accountability include : developing and executing operating plans that lead to the achievement of the sites' mission; making effective financial and operational decisions to positively impact the short and long-term performance of the site in support of commercial goals ; developing and maintaining a cost effective, competitive organization through effective organizational design, workforce planning, leadership and talent development ; external stakeholder management, objective setting and overall performance management.
As the Leader of the Site Leadership Team (SLT) , the role will champion the development and execution of the Site Strategy and will be instrumental in maintaining strategic alignment to the site and customer expectations .
Primary Duties:

• Member of the Site Leadership Team (SLT) that is responsible for developing and executing a Site Strategy that is aligned with the PGS Value Proposition of Quality/Compliance/Safety, Supply Reliability and Cost/Cash/Value .

• Act as a GMP Compliance role model for all the PGS Jakarta team, with a strong focus on Strategic O perations , ensuring that policies and procedures are developed and maintained as they relate to GMP and O perations processes.

• Assume leadership responsibilities on network initiatives that drive results across OpU , Pharma Ops, and PGS.

• Communicate effectively with various stakeholders, including but not limited to other areas within the Pfizer supply network, external suppliers, local community and political entities, colleagues, and legal organizations.

• Responsible to c reate, establish and maintain an environment that encourages teamwork, empowerment and commitment at the site.

• Continually evaluate best in class, technology, processes, and talent to ensure optimal supply to support continued growth in the commercial businesses.

• Make effective financial and operational decisions to positively impact both short and long-term site goals, include strategic acquisitions and/or partnerships as required .

• Participate in Indonesia Country Leadership Team Forum and r epresent the site and Company in the local community as needed.

• Drive team engagement, effective communication, and the development of SLT & ELT .
