Responsibilities:
When joining Freudenberg Performance Materials Group (FPM), you become a part of a diverse organization that is a Global leader with 60+ entities across 25 countries. As a Transfer Pricing Expert (Financial Analyst), you will be instrumental in managing and refining our Transfer Pricing Strategy, ensuring compliance, efficiency, and adherence to global tax and legal standards. You’ll be the central point of contact for transfer pricing matters, supporting the Global Finance team, and driving projects that shape the financial landscape for FPM.
Your Impact:

Operational Excellence: Implement and maintain Transfer Pricing tools for margin monitoring, ensuring accurate documentation and reporting across the business group.

Expert Consultation: Act as the first point of contact for Transfer Pricing matters, guiding entities globally to ensure compliance.

Compliance & Documentation: Manage global Transfer Pricing documentation and ensure alignment with local and global regulatory standards.

Project Leadership: Implement FPM wide Operational Transfer Pricing tool EXA and represent FPM Global Finance in group wide initiatives, roundtables and committees.

Transfer Pricing Strategy: Lead the development and continuous improvement of FPM’s Transfer Pricing Strategy, including Services and Licenses.
Qualifications:

Educational Background: Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.

Experience: Several years of experience in Transfer Pricing in a multinational environment.

Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of Transfer Pricing strategy, documentation, and compliance. Familiarity with legal and tax frameworks is essential.

Analytical Skills: Exceptional problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

Technical Proficiency: Expertise in SAP, Oracle HFM, and other financial software tools.

Languages: Fluent in English; German proficiency is a strong plus.

Soft Skills: Independent, proactive, and motivated to drive results in a dynamic, fast-paced setting.
