Purpose of Job:
Sourcing, interviewing candidates and partnering with hiring manager to move candidates through the hiring process.
Job Components:
- Sources qualified candidates, reviews resumes and credentials for appropriate skills, experience and knowledge in relation to position requirements. 25%
- Provides complete information to candidates about the company, benefits and position.
- Prescreens candidates. Creates and present pre-screening questions to hiring managers for collaboration and approval. 25%
- Manages and coordinates communications with candidates.
- Manages the scheduling and logistics of all interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Organizes and documents post interview debrief/feedback with hiring managers. 25%
- Performs reference checking on selected candidates and reviews with hiring manager.
- Coaches hiring manager with the selection, offer of employment, and administrative components of the recruitment.
- Sends out offer letters after employment offer has been extended to candidate.
- Conducts regular communication follow-up with hiring managers and HR Business Partners during recruitment process.
- Maintains accurate and well-ordered documentation on all candidates, searches, hiring manager interactions, and other recruiting activities. 25%
- Works cooperatively with all members of the staff team to develop and implement staffing plans and activities.
- Regularly visits all hiring manager departments to develop a thorough understanding of the department culture.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree or equivalent recruiting experience.
- Experience with non-exempt job requisitions in warehouse or light industrial highly preferred.
- Requires minimum 5 years recruiting experience in a corporate or agency environment with strong knowledge of technical skills and terminology.
- Knowledge and past use of a server-based applicant tracking system.
- Ability to recruit for a broad/deep range of positions.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately.
- Strong initiative and solid judgment skills.
- Must be internet savvy and experienced in mining online databases such as LinkedIn and Indeed.
- Ability to teach interview skills to managers and other staff.
- Ability to work normal business hours Monday through Friday and additional hours needed appropriate for the job search.

- Improve recruiting/staffing cost effectiveness
- Able to establish and work toward goals with limited supervision
- Develop and maintain strong working relationships with management and team members to create partnerships that yields success and credibility.
Work Environment:
- Ability to sustain posture in a seated position for prolonged periods of time.
- Able to lift and carry up to 10 lbs.
- Employee is regularly required to use hands to grasp, handle, or feel; reach with hands, talk and hear.
- Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
- Must be local to Dallas and able to work from our corporate office one to three days a week.
