Location: Telesales: hybrid role between home & Milton Keynes site (free parking) based.
Sales Admin: Mainly remote role, with travel to Milton Keynes site around twice monthly

As a result of business expansion we are recruiting two new teams in our Regulatory Services division.
Our sales teams drive and support sales growth and build strong client relationships. Whether you are high energy, resilient and target focussed, and want to be on the telephone bringing in new business; or whether your skills lie in high quality administration, attention to detail and careful planning, we want to hear from you.
Both teams offer training, good career prospects with opportunity for future development.
Both roles require the following skills:

- The ability to interpret and analyse client data

Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities:
- Client Engagement: Build strong relationships with new and existing clients through effective communication and a consultative sales approach.
- Account Ownership: Take ownership of assigned accounts and response to assigned interactions, ensuring consistent follow-up, service excellence, and the potential for long-term business growth.
- Team Collaboration: work together with colleagues in own team and the wider BSI to promote a successful and enjoyable work environment.
- Sales Excellence: Contribute to a positive, high-energy team culture focused on achieving and/or supporting ambitious sales targets.
