Job Responsibilities:

Technical Support: Assist engineers in the design, development, and testing of new products and processes, providing hands-on support throughout the project lifecycle.

Testing and Evaluation: Conduct tests and experiments, gather data, and analyze results to assess product performance and reliability.

Equipment Maintenance: Oversee the maintenance and calibration of laboratory and production equipment, ensuring all tools and instruments are in optimal working condition.

Documentation: Prepare and maintain detailed documentation of testing procedures, results, and engineering modifications, ensuring compliance with quality standards.

Problem Solving: Identify and troubleshoot technical issues, providing solutions and recommendations to improve product design and manufacturing processes.

Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, manufacturing, and quality assurance, to ensure successful project execution and compliance with specifications.
Education:
-
Associate’s degree in engineering technology, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field; a Bachelor’s degree is preferred.

Experience in engineering support or a related field, preferably in a manufacturing or advanced materials environment.

Strong technical skills with experience in product testing, data analysis, and equipment maintenance.

Proficiency in using engineering software and tools (e.g., CAD software, data analysis software).

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
