  • Gestión de la cartera de clientes asignada.
  • Cumplimiento de los objetivos asignados para su zona geográfica.
  • Relación directa mediante visitas periódicas a los clientes asignados de su zona, garantizar la satisfacción de los clientes.
  • Presentación y formación del cliente y personal de tienda de los productos (nuevos y/o actuales)
  • Desarrollar una fuerte relación comercial con los clientes de la zona asignada.
  • Prospección de nuevos clientes potenciales.
  • Participación y colaboración con el cliente en el montaje de las implantaciones comerciales.
  • Manejar y buscar soluciones ante las quejas y peticiones de los clientes de forma activa y proactiva.
  • Desarrollo proactivo y participación en eventos con los clientes: ferias, eventos locales, etc.
  • Coordinación con el cliente y el Delegado Comercial en el desarrollo de actividades, visitas comerciales con la red de ventas, etc. para captación y transformación de usuarios finales a nuestras marcas.

Competencias y Habilidades

  • Aptitudes o conocimientos del mercado de las herramientas con perfil técnico.
  • Gran capacidad de trabajo en equipo.
  • Buenas dotes y habilidades comunicativas.
  • Enfocado en la satisfacción del cliente y en el resultado.
  • Organizado.
  • Conocimientos y manejo de herramientas de Office (Excel, P.Point).
  • Profesional empático, educado y con grandes habilidades sociales.
  • Ser proactivo y aportar valor añadido: ideas de mejora, alertar a su mánager si es necesario, etc.

Requisitos

  • Educación: estudios especializados (construcción, ingeniería, automoción)
  • Idiomas: español + inglés deseable
  • IT: conocimiento de las herramientas IT (Office, Internet, …)
  • Amplia disponibilidad para viajar
  • Experiencia en ventas y/o gestión de clientes
  • Carnet de conducir tipo B
