Job Description

Technology Scouting

In this exciting role, you will become an expert in technology scouting and management and have the unique opportunity to initiate new projects. Are you ready for this challenge?

Your main responsibilities will include scouting new technologies in the areas of Copacking, Production, and Packaging. You will establish a scouting process, identify and evaluate tools, and enhance the current scouting network together with our innovation and technology experts. You will actively engage with market trends and emerging technologies to evaluate new opportunities. Additionally, you will support projects in production and technology, gaining valuable insights and actively contributing to areas such as blending, filling, and packaging technology.

Qualifications

You’re a recent Graduate or you’ll graduate with a Bachelor's or Master’s degree in (Process) Engineering, Physics or similar by July 2025.

You’ve gained valuable work experience, ideally in an international context, through internships or beyond and whatever you pursue, it is characterized by passion.

You’re a team player, driven by an entrepreneurial spirit with a "go-getter" mentality when it comes to tackling important projects or taking on new challenges.

Fluency in English is required for our HQ Graduate Program in Austria. For some positions, German language skills are necessary, and additional language skills are always considered as an advantage
