ADMINISTRATIVE TASKS IN REGULATORY & GOVERNMENT AFFAIRS
In this department, you will support your supervisor and the team with various administrative tasks, including communication with government agencies in the regions. You will be responsible for filing documents and other data, and you will contribute your ideas, among other things, to presentations.
TRAVEL PREPARARTIONS AND MEETING ORGANIZATION
Part of your role includes organizing travel, preparing the necessary documents, and subsequently processing the resulting tasks. You will arrange meetings with internal and external stakeholders and coordinate all related details.
BUDGET PLANNING & INVOICE TRACKING
Handling the budget is part of your daily work: this includes monitoring and processing invoices, assisting your supervisor with budget planning, and tracking expenses.
Qualifications
Educational Backround: HAK or another higher education institution (HBLA, HLW or successfully completed a bachelor's degree (in economics, law, humanities, languages, or communication sciences)
At least 2 years of professional experience in an assistant or administrative role (e.g., in a law firm or other back-office position)
Outstanding MS Office skills (Teams, Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
Excellent English skills; German is a Plus
Excellent organizational talent and oversight, flexibility, and initiative
Detail-oriented and proactive working style Trustworthy, team-oriented, and resilient
Additional Information
Due to legal reasons we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary according to the collective agreement for this position, which is EUR 2.195,00 gross per month. However, our attractive compensation package is based on market-oriented salaries and is therefore significantly above the stated minimum salary.
