Nous recherchons, pour notre site de production de câbles d’énergie et télécommunication basé à Montereau-Fault-Yonne (77), un.e Technicien qualité F/H dans le cadre d'un contrat à durée indéterminée.

Principales missions :

  • Fournir aux clients l'ensemble de la documentation contractuelle
  • Elaborer la documentation requise contractuellement
  • Organiser et/ou participer à la réalisation des inspections clients et tierces parties
  • Organiser et/ou participer à la préparation et au déroulement des inspections clients et tierces parties
  • Réaliser les actions correctives concernant les écarts inspections
  • Contribuer au suivi qualité et à l'appui aux opérateurs et services

Compétences :

  • Relation clients internes et/ou externes : Créer, développer et fidéliser les relations avec les clients de la prospection au service après-vente (comprendre les attentes et les besoins,  fournir des informations sur les produits ou services, …)
  • Contrôle qualité et/ou HSE : S'assurer que les caractéristiques produits/production/service répondent à la fois aux réglementations et normes  qualité et/ou HSE en vigueur et aux attentes des clients
  • Documentation technique : Lire, comprendre, rédiger et/ou utiliser des documents techniques (plans, rapports et/ou méthodes d'essais et normes…) pour la réalisation d'un chantier/projet
  • Outils bureautiques : Savoir utiliser les outils bureautiques de base (création de document, présentation, tableur, ...)
  • Techniques d'essais : Savoir effectuer des tests et mesures (sur des produits, process et/ou matériaux), et en exploiter les résultats
  • Logiciels spécifiques métiers : Connaître et savoir utiliser les logiciels spécifiques à son domaine/métier (SAP …)
  • Connaissance des produits, procédés et matières premières : Connaître et comprendre de manière détaillée tout ou partie des produits et/ou procédés et/ou matières premières d'un site de production (usine)
  • Langue étrangère : Savoir lire, écrire, comprendre et parler une langue étrangère
  • Connaissance de l'organisation / métier : Comprendre le fonctionnement et la structure d'une entreprise et/ou les différents métiers qui la composent à travers leurs rôles et leurs responsabilités

De formation technique (Bac +3) , vous avez acquis une expérience entre 2 et 5 ans, idéalement dans une fonction similaire en industrie.

We are looking for a Quality Technician to join our energy and telecommunications cable production site in Montereau-Fault-Yonne (77) on a permanent contract.
Main tasks :
Provide customers with all contractual documentation
Draw up the documentation required by contract
Organise and/or take part in customer and third-party inspections
Organise and/or participate in the preparation and conduct of customer and third-party inspections
Take corrective action in the event of inspection discrepancies
Contribute to quality monitoring and support for operators and departments.

Skills :

  • Internal and/or external customer relations: Establishing, developing and building customer loyalty, from prospecting to after-sales service (understanding expectations and needs, providing information on products or services, etc.).
  • Quality and/or HSE control: Ensuring that the product/production/service characteristics meet both current quality and/or HSE regulations and standards and customer expectations.
  • Technical documentation: Read, understand, write and/or use technical documents (plans, reports and/or test methods and standards, etc.) to carry out a site/project.
  • Office automation tools: knowing how to use basic office automation tools (document creation, presentation, spreadsheet, etc.)
  • Testing techniques: Know how to carry out tests and measurements (on products, processes and/or materials), and use the results.Business-specific software: Knowing and knowing how to use software specific to your field/business (SAP, etc.)
  • Knowledge of products, processes and raw materials: Know and understand in detail all or part of the products and/or processes and/or raw materials of a production site (factory)
  • Foreign language: Ability to read, write, understand and speak a foreign language
  • Knowledge of the organisation/trade: Understand the operation and structure of a company and/or the different trades that make it up through their roles and responsibilities.

With a technical degree (Bac +3), you have between 2 and 5 years' experience, ideally in a similar position in industry. 

You are known for your creativity, thoroughness and analytical skills.
