Process engineer (M/F)

About the role:
Process Engineers play a crucial role at Essity, especially in the context of modernizing and optimizing manufacturing processes. You will join the Converting section of our manufacturing site and will be responsible for creating standards for the production process, managing communication, and training teams accordingly.

What you will do:

Define, pilot, and improve production processes.

Define and record process parameters and standards and facilitate their implementation.

Support the development of products/materials and the implementation of projects according to the Design for Six Sigma (DFSS) method.

Lead small activity groups in your own technological field, and act as an expert in production line processes and technology.

Be responsible for the continuous and sustainable optimization of production processes using the RCA method and standardization.

Be responsible for technological scouting in your area. Attend specialized trade shows and visit industrial sites to research new processes.
Who you are:

You have a university degree, engineering preferred.

You have experience in process, methods, or production.

You are familiar with general continuous improvement methods.

You are analytical, precise and to the point.

You have professional proficiency in English, minimum basic level of French language skills and willingness to learn.

You are proficient in Excel.

You have an interest in new technologies.
