Location: Global Technology Park, Bellandur, Bangalore, India (5 days' work from office is mandatory)

Position Summary:

At Skypoint, we are committed to delivering high-quality product documentation and help systems that empower our customers to achieve their goals seamlessly. As a Technical Writer, you will work closely with leadership, product, and engineering teams to create and refine engaging, precise, and user-centric technical content. Under the guidance of our Technical Product Managers, you will gather requirements, develop comprehensive documentation, and ensure the effectiveness of our content strategies. This role is ideal for a results-driven professional with exceptional communication skills who thrives in a dynamic, collaborative, and global work environment.

📌 Candidates with a valid B1/B2 visa will be given preference.

Key Responsibilities:

· Develop and update technical content including configuration guides, administration guides, technical notes, release notes, and knowledge base articles under close supervision.

· Ensure accuracy and relevance of technical content through product testing and timely technical reviews facilitated by the technical product manager.

· Utilize GIT tools for authoring and publishing content, under the mentorship of senior team members.

· Understand and execute technical content authoring workflows effectively.

· Incorporate customer feedback and enhancement requests into technical content.

· Gain familiarity with data ingestion, data unification functional specifications, user stories, white papers, bug comments, doc feedback, knowledge transfer, legacy technical content, and SME interviews.

· Adhere to and implement content plans that include detailed outlines and create and follow precise schedules.

Required Skills and Experience:

· Demonstrable positive attitude and the ability to engage effectively with engineering and product teams.

· Familiarity with technical writing processes and teams.

· Strong ability to understand and synthesize complex technical information.

· Excellent communication and organizational skills.

· Ability to work cooperatively within a team environment.
