About the Job
We are seeking a driven and resourceful Technical Sourcer to join our North America Talent Acquisition team. This role is instrumental in building top-tier technical pipelines to support our rapid business expansion. As part of a global tech leader, you will work closely with recruiters and hiring managers to identify and engage high-caliber candidates, with a strong focus on cloud technology talent.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand current and future technical hiring needs.
- Proactively source and build pipelines of qualified candidates, particularly in cloud infrastructure, software engineering, and related cloud technologies.
- Utilize diverse sourcing strategies including Boolean searches, LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, and referrals to identify and engage passive talent.
- Conduct initial outreach and engage candidates through personalized messaging and timely follow-ups.
- Pre-screen candidates to assess qualifications, technical fit, and interest before handing off to recruiters.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate data in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and sourcing trackers.
- Track sourcing metrics and continuously optimize outreach strategies.
Requirements
- 3+ years of technical sourcing experience, ideally within fast-paced or global technology organizations.
- Strong understanding of technical roles and current industry trends; prior experience sourcing cloud technology talent is highly preferred.
- Familiarity with sourcing platforms and tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Entelo, SeekOut, etc.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
- Highly self-motivated, detail-oriented, and thrives in a collaborative environment.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
