The Project Manager III is responsible for the overall management and administration of technical consulting engagements throughout the project lifecycle. You are accountable for schedule, risk management, communication, scope, budget, client satisfaction, team satisfaction, project quality, and ensuring the team follows established processes and delivery methodologies. You must understand SDLC and be able to lead your team in all phases of the SDLC. You must feel confident leading technical conversations with technical stakeholders, including clients and your team. You may use agile, waterfall, or hybrid methodologies and will work with teams that are cross functional, global, and virtual.

Responsibilities

  • Understand client goals, constraints, scope and expectations; articulate project purpose and vision to the team; ensure the team delivers functionality that aligns with client goals and purpose and solves client business problems
  • Work with stakeholder(s) to establish a road map, establish and manage a staffing plan, budget, and delivery plan 
  • Manage assigned work and resources and coordinate with internal and client stakeholders to identify and manage risk and dependencies
  • Establish and follow internal and client communication plans, provide meeting agendas, meeting notes, status reports, and business report
  • Monitor delivery, capture success metrics, and report on progress and proactively identify risks and issues and clearly articulate options or next steps 
  • Manage UAT testing and release internally and with clients 
  • Continually drive project to completion while keeping client business goals and needs in focus
  • Motivate colleagues and manage stakeholder priorities in a deadline-oriented environment and assist with the development and creation of statements of work to support growth of project

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field
  • 5 years technical project management experience
  • 2 years experience using modern technologies
  • Willingness to Travel Up to 10% if needed onsite at client

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiar with Microsoft ecosystem
  • 3 years of experience in the professional services industry
  • CSM - Certified Scrum Master
