Job Description: 

We are seeking an experienced Lead to drive cross-functional collaboration and oversee the definition of requirements, development, implementation, and release of PDKs. This leadership role requires a technical expert with exceptional project management skills and the ability to influence matrixed teams and stakeholders.

Responsibilities are the below but not limited to:

  • Lead a highly matrixed, cross-organizational team directly tied to the development, implementation and/or upgrade of PDKs from requirements to release.
  • Supervise and guide the performance of one or more cross-functional, matrixed teams comprised of managers and technical leads.
  • Manage projects and programs that contribute to overall goals and objectives of significant segments of the organization through all phases of their lifecycle.
  • Manage interdependencies and integration among multiple projects, teams, and stakeholders.
  • Set direction for programs by determining and then balancing technical need versus the business impact while operating within Intel guidelines.
  • Act as key interface for stakeholders and leadership internally.
  • Exercise judgment and discretion to develop solutions, remove obstacles, and redefine approaches.
  • Oversee identification of tasks, research, dependencies, and costs, then communicating expectations to core team members.
  • Create, track, and adjust program schedule, while ensuring appropriate progress.
  • Assess risks and identify solutions that ensure timely and efficient achievement of program goals.
  • Ensure that quality standards and budget constraints are met.
  • Prioritize utilization of resources with other business functions.
  • Influence business units and develop cross-organizational strategies relevant to program goals.
  • Demonstrate understanding of program-related technical concepts, architecture, systems, development methods, and disciplines.

Qualifications:

Minimum qualifications are required to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Candidate must possess a Master's degree with 6+ years of experience in Electrical Engineering or related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in the following:
    • Silicon IP hardware design / SoC (System on Chip) hardware design and/or
    • PDK components development and/or validation.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in the following:
    • Solid understanding of PDK components.
    • Experience with PDK utilization.
    • Program Management experience and/or PMP certification.
    • Customer-facing experience in requirement gathering and product support.

Annual Salary Range for jobs which could be performed in the US:

$186,070.00-$262,680.00

Salary range dependent on a number of factors including location and experience.

Work Model for this Role

This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site. * Job posting details (such as work model, location or time type) are subject to change.
