Qualifications and Education Requirements:

  • Proven experience in integrating on-premises deployments of MS Dynamics 365 with other systems via APIs & ETLs.

Technical Qualifications:

  • Advanced expertise in customizing, configuring, and extending Microsoft Dynamics 365.
  • Proficiency in C#, .NET, and JavaScript for Dynamics 365 development and troubleshooting.
  • Strong experience in SQL Server database management, including performance tuning and ensuring data integrity.
  • Expertise in integrating Dynamics 365 with other enterprise systems and third-party applications.
  • Familiarity with Dynamics 365 security models, data management practices, and reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, SSRS).
  • Strong leadership and team management capabilities, with a focus on mentoring and fostering team growth.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills for interfacing with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Skills:

  • Microsoft Dynamics CRM Certifications.
  • Experience in the banking or fintech industry.
  • Proficiency in on-premises installation, administration, and system maintenance.
  • Basic understanding of networking, Windows, Active Directory, and SQL Server principles.
  • Experience with IIS, XRM Toolbox, and third-party CRM plugins.

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of CRM developers, providing mentorship, guidance, and performance management.

  • Oversee the configuration of workflows, forms, and views to optimize system functionality and enhance user experience.

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, define project scope, and offer technical guidance on CRM capabilities.
  • Monitor and enforce Dynamics 365 security models and data management standards, ensuring alignment with organizational policies.
  • Utilize reporting tools to generate actionable insights that inform strategic decision-making.
  • Champion Agile/Scrum methodologies within the team, leading sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Provide training and support to both technical and non-technical teams to maximize CRM system effectiveness.
  • Stay current with CRM technologies, tools, and best practices to continuously enhance processes and solutions.
