We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Engineering Manager to lead and scale our engineering efforts for our cutting-edge Fintech and Blockchain industry. This role requires a hands-on leader who can manage and grow team members, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, scalable, and secure software solutions. You will play a critical role in our organization, overseeing all aspects of development, architecture design, DevOps, SQA, project management, and security.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a distributed engineering team members, ensuring alignment with company goals and projects strategy.
- Oversee the end-to-end development process, from architecture design and implementation to delivery and post-launch support.
- Collaborate closely with the Project Managers, and Development teams to align engineering efforts with business priorities.
- Drive DevOps and SQA practices to maintain high standards of code quality, system uptime, and continuous delivery.
- Manage the architecture of large-scale, secure systems that are scalable and optimized for rapid development cycles.
- Implement and uphold security best practices and compliance standards, ensuring the safety of data and system integrity.
- Proven experience in managing large, distributed engineering teams in the software or SaaS industry, preferably in the Blockchain or FinTech sectors.
- Hands-on experience with Laravel, Vue, Node.js, Python, and both SQL and NoSQL databases.
- Strong expertise in designing and implementing large-scale, scalable, and secure architectures.
- Demonstrated ability to lead rapid development cycles while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Experience in DevOps practices, SQA, and security management.
- Excellent project management skills with a track record of delivering complex projects on time and within scope.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across different teams.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience in the Fintech industry or with regulatory compliance solutions.
