The Technical Consultant is a vital contributor ensuring that Flexera products are onboarded and configured to meet customer needs and goals. This role involves understanding and prioritising technology intelligence, providing expert consultation, and delivering functional and technical solutions on applications and technology installations. The consultant will support customers through their journey, ensuring the realization of technology value and fostering strong customer relationships.
Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities:
- Deliver Flexera solutions, integrating with surrounding technologies to meet customers' business outcomes.
- Ensure timely achievement of customer success through best practice onboarding and adoption strategies.
- Provide credible and relevant technical consulting services, including scoping, estimates, and solution designs.
- Support delivery team management in setting customer expectations and maintaining ongoing communication.
- Act as a subject matter expert, supporting internal and external stakeholders as needed.
- Assist in technical knowledge transfers and share best practice advice.
- Support delivery of specialist value training and contribute to content development processes.
- Utilize commercial awareness to highlight opportunities for adapting project scopes to ensure the best outcomes for customers.
