About You – experience, education, skills, and accomplishments
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in data analytics and business intelligence
- Proven expertise in advanced data modeling, analytics, and visualization tools (e.g., Python, R, SQL, Tableau, Power BI)
- Strong understanding of data quality and governance principles

What will you be doing in this role?
- Plan and lead data analysis projects, guiding junior analysts to ensure successful execution and timely deliverables.
- Design and implement advanced data models and analytics solutions using tools such as Python, R, and SQL to resolve complex business challenges.
- Create and modify reports and dashboards using BI tools like Tableau and Power BI, organizing data to communicate findings effectively to decision-makers.
- Build comprehensive BI dashboards that analyze and present actionable insights to stakeholders across various business units.
- Consult with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and deliver data-driven solutions that improve outcomes.
- Research, automate, and optimize data extraction, transformation, and reporting processes to improve efficiency and operational performance.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members, advising them on improving technical skills and enhancing their understanding of data analytics.
- Ensure data quality and accuracy by designing and implementing robust data governance frameworks and validation checks.

This is a technology consulting team within Clarivate’s Life Sciences and Healthcare Consulting division. We specialize in creating bespoke solutions that leverage technology to add value to client workstreams and solve their problems. Our clients are primarily pharma and biotech companies. We operate as a small but highly capable cross-functional team, managing the entire project lifecycle—from business development to discovery meetings, solution design, and execution. The team works across technology stacks, including front-end, back-end, and DevOps, to deliver tailored solutions. Projects vary in focus, ranging from data pipelines and analytics to dashboard creation. Using a modern tech stack, including Python, R, SQL, Tableau, and Power BI, we deliver data-driven business intelligence and analytics solutions to uncover actionable insights and support strategic decision-making. We value collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning and are supported by a dynamic and inclusive culture.
Hours of Work
This is a full-time position based in Bangalore, operating in a hybrid mode. Working 2–3 days per week in the office is compulsory. Flexibility in working hours is essential, as we collaborate with internal teams and clients across multiple time zones.
