Summary:
The Team Lead of Planning & Operational Coordination is responsible for leading quarterly planning cycles, optimizing operational workflows, and driving continuous process improvements. This role involves managing a small team, collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders, and ensuring alignment with strategic business goals.
✅ Key Responsibilities:
✔️ Lead quarterly planning sessions and manage cross-team coordination.
✔️ Oversee daily operations and implement process improvements.
✔️ Analyze workflows, reduce inefficiencies, and drive automation.
✔️ Manage and mentor a small team, fostering growth and performance.
✔️ Communicate effectively with stakeholders and ensure transparency.
✔️ Monitor KPIs, create reports, and support change management initiatives.
✅ Key Requirements:
✔️ 3–5 years of experience in business process management and planning.
✔️ Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
✔️ Proficiency in Jira, Confluence, Power BI, and process mapping tools.
✔️ Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, Agile, and change management frameworks.
✔️ Experience in organizations with 100+ employees.
