Summary:

At BrainRocket, we’re driven by innovation and operational excellence. As we grow, we’re looking for a Jira Process Improvement Manager to support and evolve our Jira ecosystem while enhancing business processes across the organization.

✅ Role overview:

You will own Jira (Data Center) administration and champion continuous process improvement across teams. This includes configuring workflows, automating processes, integrating tools, and consulting with stakeholders to deliver scalable, efficient solutions aligned with business goals.

✅ Key Responsibilities:

✔️ Administer and customize Jira projects, workflows, permissions, and dashboards;

✔️ Identify inefficiencies and implement optimized Jira-based solutions;

✔️ Collaborate with stakeholders to align process improvements with strategic goals;

✔️ Integrate Jira with Confluence, Bitbucket, and external tools;

✔️ Provide training, support, and documentation for Jira users;

✔️ Lead workshops and champion best practices in Jira usage and process design.

Requirements:

Hard Skills:

✔️ 3+ years of Jira (Data Center) administration.

✔️ Strong understanding of Agile, Lean, or Six Sigma.

✔️ Experience with Automation for Jira, Scriptrunner, Groovy scripting, and APIs.

✔️ Familiarity with Confluence, Bitbucket, eazyBI, and Power BI.

Soft Skills:

✔️ Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset;

✔️ Proficiency in English (written and spoken) is a MUST;

✔️ Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills;

✔️ Proactive, adaptable, and consultative approach to change;

✔️ Ability to lead workshops and support cross-functional teams.

Nice to have:

✔️ Knowledge of change management frameworks (ADKAR, Kotter);

✔️ Experience with automation tools (UiPath, Zapier);

✔️ Basic programming (Python, JavaScript).
