Overview
This role will be responsible for payroll production throughout Europe, Middle East & Africa. The person in this role reports directly to Payroll Manager, EMEA and will supervise and lead the team of Senior Payroll Specialists including performance management, talent development as well as day-to-day supervision of key tasks and deliverables.
Work with Line Manager to ensure adequate staffing resource allocation for increased workloads.
Responsibilities

Ensure all data is correctly entered and transferred to payroll system and vendors for all payrolls in the region.

End-to-end payroll processing which includes statutory and taxation payments.

Operate under rigorous time constraints to accurately and on time deliver all payrolls, ensuring appropriate deductions and reconciliations are completed and monies are remitted to employees.

All stakeholders are aligned and updated with payroll processes and procedures.

Oversea all vendors to ensure correct gross to net processing and statutory requirements.

All GL reconciliations to payroll output have been completed prior to providing to finance stakeholders.

Ensure all country payrolls have 1st and 2nd level checks prior to requesting validation of the GPT Manager. Complete 2nd level checks when required.

Back-up team to produce country payrolls during staff absence.

Drive and sustain cross country process improvement and commonality, within the EMEA countries.

Monitor, Track and ensure resolution of Tier 2 EMEA Payroll MyHR cases.

Maintenance of payroll analytics for KPI reporting.

Ad-hoc projects as required – including migrations of countries to the EMEA GPT.
Experience you’ll bring:

Supervisory experience
-
Knowledge of payroll processes and procedures, essential.
-
Strong analytical skills as well as the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities and operate efficiently under continuous change.

Experience supporting senior management
-
Established payroll experience in SME organization, with exposure to the EMEA region.

Fluent English.
