About The Role

We are looking for a person to lead a team of metrics-focused Business Development Representatives responsible for prospecting new business. In this newly created role, you will help to grow our Business Development efforts in EMEA. In order to be successful, you should have a proven track record of meeting or exceeding individual and team quotas with experience in a competitive B2B sales environment.

In This Role, You Will Focus On: 

New Business Development - 50%

  • Partner with the AMER New Business leadership team to achieve pipeline and ARR targets with target accounts
  • Drive sales growth by finding and engaging prospects
  • Create and prioritize strategic target account lists
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales on lead quality and conversion
  • Evangelize G2 and our industry-leading review platform  

Team Leadership - 50%

  • Lead a team of Business Development Representatives (outbound) & Sales Development Representatives (inbound) tasked with prospecting to drive net new pipeline and qualifying inbound leads
  • Implement a career progression plan for BDRs to move into qualified SMB AEs after a defined period of time and attainment to goal
  • Recruit, hire and train new team members as well as develop and reward top performing Business Development Representatives
  • Manage a team of three outbound Business Development Representatives in EMEA
  • Manage weekly team-wide meetings and training sessions
  • Report on team metrics and forecasts

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of sales experience
  • 1+ years of Management or Team Lead experience preferred
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent multitasking, time management, organizational and analytical skills
  • Ability to work in a fast paced, team environment
  • Enjoy helping others and are willing to listen and learn
  • Comfortable working with and coaching usage of sales technology such as Salesforce, Groove, Gong, Linkedin Sales Navigator
