Job Summary: Engineer, TDT (TD Taiwan) Device Team

As an Engineer in the TDT (TD Taiwan) Device team, you will lead DRAM device development projects, focusing on roadmap enablement, model delivery, performance enhancement, and reliability optimization. You will collaborate with peers across Technology Development divisions to advance CELL technologies in a high-volume manufacturing environment. Your role includes overseeing technology development and its transfer, requiring strong integration and device expertise. Additionally, you will align team objectives with Technology Development sites to ensure cohesive innovation and implementation.

Job Description: Engineer, TDT (TD Taiwan) Device Team

As an Engineer in the TDT (TD Taiwan) Device team, you will play a pivotal role in spearheading DRAM device development projects. Your focus will be on roadmap enablement, model delivery, performance enhancement, and reliability optimization for cutting-edge DRAM technologies. You will collaborate closely with peers across the Technology Development divisions, contributing to the advancement of CELL technologies within a dynamic, high-volume manufacturing setting.

Your responsibilities will encompass the full spectrum of technology development and its subsequent transfer. This position demands a robust background in integration and device expertise, coupled with the capacity to lead technical initiatives for intricate problem-solving within multidisciplinary teams that are of strategic significance to the organization.

Additionally, you will be responsible for aligning the TDT Device team and transfer objectives with those of the Technology Development sites, ensuring a cohesive and streamlined approach to innovation and implementation.
