As a Senior Advanced Digital Design and Test Engineer, you will be part of a collaborative team that drives the forefront advancements in semiconductor technology. Your work will be crucial in transforming innovative ideas into flawless products that compete on a global scale.
Responsibilities:
- Establish and improve process conditions and technologies to achieve outstanding production standards.
- Upgrade process capability to reduce production costs without compromising quality.
- Develop and modify process management projects to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
- Set up and optimize process parameters for a variety of semiconductor equipment to ensure flawless operation.
- Evaluate, promote, and plan the integration of new equipment and materials.
- Perform abnormal analysis and implement improvements to maintain world-class production standards.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Proven expertise in semiconductor manufacturing processes and equipment.
- Outstanding problem-solving skills to analyze and improve production anomalies.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team to achieve ambitious goals.
- Strong project management skills to successfully implement and coordinate process management projects.
- Excellent communication skills to convey technical information effectively.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in semiconductor process engineering.
- Demonstrated experience in process improvement and cost reduction in a high-tech manufacturing environment.
- Proven track record of evaluating and integrating new technologies and equipment.
