Join Micron Technology, Inc. as a Product Engineer Intern within the DRAM Engineering Group (DEG), where you will play a pivotal role in supporting the development of cutting-edge DRAM products. You will be instrumental in coordinating resources, conducting tests, and performing analyses throughout the product lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage in simulations and create comprehensive design documentation.
- Analyze parametric data to identify and address product failures.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Engineering and Manufacturing to develop, validate, and optimize device testing programs, ensuring they meet precise product specifications.
- Drive yield improvement initiatives by identifying and implementing process enhancements.
- Conduct failure analysis using data and tester evaluations to diagnose and resolve issues.
- Develop and implement solutions for design or process-related failures.
- Partner with Quality Assurance (QA) Teams to analyze customer returns and formulate new test strategies.
Specific Tasks:
- Handle and operate DRAM products.
- Lead yield improvement projects.
- Perform detailed failure analysis and evaluations.
- Develop innovative solutions for design and process challenges.
Collaborate with QA teams to enhance test strategies based on customer feedback.
Essential:
- Proficiency in English.
- Background in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science.
- Strong C/C++ coding skills.
Preferred:
- Knowledge of VLSI, Semiconductors, and Nanotechnology.
- A keen interest in PC systems, including experience in assembling or overclocking.
