Job Summary: The Talent Experience & Operations Coordinator will play a crucial role in supporting the Talent Experience & Operations team, ensuring smooth onboarding and offboarding processes, and providing administrative support to the broader Talent team when necessary. This position requires a detail-oriented individual with excellent organizational and communication skills, capable of handling multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
Essential Functions:
Pre-Onboarding & Onboarding:
- Reconcile new joiner and termination reports to share with stakeholders.
- Support the Talent Experience & Operations Specialist in drafting and reviewing offer letters
- Review background check results and identify discrepancies, work with candidates and other stakeholders to gather additional information, support Talent Experience & Operations Specialist in bringing issues to leadership.
- Support Talent Experience & Operations Specialist in I-9 verification, reverification & I9 audits.
- Facilitate HR Onboarding session respond to new joiner inquiries related to HR operations.
- Maintain new hire collateral and content, including intranet site resources and learning paths in the LMS.
- Ensure all template communication are current (ie. Toolkits, checklists etc.)
- Monitor enrollment and completion of new hire learning paths.
- Manage inventory and replenishment of new joiner welcome gifts
Offboarding:
- Assist in the offboarding process by pulling case lists and cleaning up data to be shared with leadership.
- Review exit survey completion and follow-up with BPs when interviews are requested.
Operations:
- Assist the Talent Experience & Operations Specialist in maintaining Workday tickets and transactions.
- Review and complete job change requests via HRIS.
- Ensure timely updates of policies and procedures across Jackson Lewis systems (ie. Intranet, Workday etc.)
- Handle ad hoc report requests and escalate to HRIS when needed.
- Actively participate in team meetings and share recommendations for improvement.
- Supports and pull data for talent requests.
- Manages firm resources responsibly.
- Comply with and understand firm operations, policies and procedures.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications/Skills Required:
- A bachelor’s degree is preferred.
- At least 2 years of experience in HR operations, onboarding, offboarding, or a related role.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Ability to accurately report research results.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Teams.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Positive attitude and flexibility in managing different projects and workloads.

For New York Metro, the expected salary range for this position is between $36.00/hour and $41.00/hour. The actual compensation will be determined based on experience and other factors permitted by law.
