Your Day-to-Day Tasks
- Building excellent candidate experience during the recruitment process;
- Sourcing and screening candidates from different channels: job board searches, referrals, and other sources;
- Interacting with potential candidates on social media and professional networks;
- Organizing and conducting interviews;
- Taking a part in various initiatives for perfecting the recruitment processes;
- Building talent pipelines for future hiring needs;
- Hiring entry-level candidates for a Customer Support role;
- Taking initiative in daily operations and taking care of hiring-related documentation;
- Representing the company online and offline.
What We Expect
- Previous experience in recruiting or similar roles would be considered an advantage;
- Detail-oriented, tech-savvy personality;
- Positivity and proactive attitude;
- Eagerness to try new things and ability to think outside the box;
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment;
- Fluency in English and Lithuanian, both verbally and in writing;
- Ability to work full-time.

- Gross Salary. 1490 - 1850 EUR/month (performance bonuses after the probation period).
