Join our dynamic Talent Acquisition team, where we are passionate about finding and hiring the best talent to drive our company's success. As a TA Advisor, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our workforce and contributing to our vibrant, inclusive culture. Our team thrives on collaboration, innovation, and a shared commitment to excellence. Where you come in:  

  • Work with hiring managers to understand job requirements and create job descriptions
  • Use various recruiting channels to find and engage potential candidates, with a focus on German speaking candidates
  • Build and maintain a network of qualified candidates
  • Pre-screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments
  • Assist in negotiating and finalizing new hire compensation packages
  • Advertise positions on LinkedIn and other platforms to enhance the company's branding
  • Take on additional tasks as needed. 
     

What makes you successful:  

  • Proactive and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong ability to source candidates using an ATS, LinkedIn, social media, and job boards
  • Experience in corporate recruiting, preferably in the medical device, biotech, or pharmaceutical industries
  • Collaborate with HR Business Partners to develop effective recruitment strategies
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience by coordinating efforts between HR, sourcing teams, and hiring managers
  • Stay updated on industry trends to continuously improve recruitment processes
  • Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders to support organizational growth.

Experience and Education Requirements:  

Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 2-5 years of related experience.

Monthly base salary for this position is from €2,550.00 to €3,150.00 gross. Final offer will depend on your qualifications, competencies, and professional experience.
