Job Description
Your Focus:
- Source, interview, and hire top talent for MicroStrategy's teams across various regions, including the USA.
- Collaborate daily with hiring managers to achieve recruitment goals.
- Oversee recruitment administration by posting job ads on internal and external career sites and maintain the recruitment system (Smart Recruiters).
- Partner closely with the HR team and other departments to align recruitment efforts with organizational objectives.
- Participate in recruitment update meetings and prepare detailed reports.
- Provide support to other recruiters in their work and ongoing projects.
- Perform additional tasks, including shared service responsibilities such as conducting background checks and related activities.
- Support employer branding initiatives, including participating in job fairs.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree.
- Fluent English, both written and spoken.
- At least 2 years of experience in recruitment.
- Strong collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across various levels and teams within the organization.
- Capability to adapt quickly to changing environment.
- Strong Excel Microsoft Excel and analytical skills.
