About the role

Due to the growth of our Haleon Business Services in Poland in Warsaw and Poznań offices, we are looking for an experienced Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to manage the recruitment agenda in this field. You will be responsible for managing a team of RPO Talent Acquisition Partners accountable for such business lines as Finance, HR, Technology, Procurement, R&D, etc. You will be partnering with senior stakeholders from all over the globe, driving recruitment strategies and campaigns, and supporting hiring managers in delivering their business objectives to support company growth. In this role you will leverage the experience and knowledge of recruitment best practices to attract and hire top talent while delivering an outstanding candidate experience.

Key responsibilities:

  • Manage a team of RPO Talent Acquisition Partners to deliver team objectives.

  • Act as a talent advisor for senior stakeholders and hiring managers by understanding their business needs, developing effective recruitment strategies, and delivering top talent to organization.

  • Manage the full recruitment cycle for positions within Haleon Business Services, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offering.

  • Coordinate the offer process aligned with the company rewards policy, including negotiating salaries and benefits with candidates.

  • Drive candidate’s engagement and a positive candidate’s experience throughout the entire recruitment process.

  • Use data to drive recruitment decisions and provide regular updates to stakeholders, hiring managers and / or HRBPs.

  • Influence peers, mentor members of the TA team, provide guidance and support on recruitment best practices and process improvements.

  • Identify and propose changes for local process, focused on continuously improving recruitment processes and procedures to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.

Why you?

Basic Qualifications:

  • Min. 5-6 years of full cycle in-house recruiting or a mix of an in-house and agency background within complex GBS/SSC organizations.

  • Experience in managing volume recruitment processes for such functions as Finance, HR, Technology, Supply Chain or others typical for business services sector.

  • Background in managing a team of recruiters will be an asset.

  • Strong track of record in building partnership relationships with stakeholders (senior leaders, hiring managers, candidates, HR Managers).

  • Throughout expertise in developing and executing effective multi-channel recruitment strategies.

  • Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and market trends within GBS/SSC.

  • Proficiency in Polish and English, both written and spoken.

  • Projects management skills.

  • Organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.

  • Results-driven mindset, with the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

  • Analytical skills, with the ability to use data to drive recruitment decisions.
