Job Summary:

To support recruitment initiatives throughout the organization and to meet Talent Acquisition needs in an efficient and effective forward-thinking manner. This position will be responsible, under direction of the Talent Acquisition Director, for assisting the EMEA region with the development, improvement and roll out of recruitment strategies and talent acquisition activities and systems. This position will be the subject matter expert on Talent Acquisition systems and processes such as ATS, offer letters, Hogan administration, etc.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist Talent Acquisition Manager in developing, communicating and implementing recruitment strategies, plans, objectives, processes and systems and ensuring regulatory requirements
  • Assist HR leaders in sourcing and screening qualified candidates using multiple candidate recruitment channels
  • Participate in networking events, job fairs and external recruiting programs
  • Monitor and coordinate end-to-end talent acquisition process and candidate experience for assigned regions
  • Center of Excellence (COE) for offer letters and new hire materials. Responsible for creating processes and templates
  • Participate in various talent acquisition phases: recruiting, posting jobs (internal and external), creating ads, working with hiring managers to prepare for interviews, preparing HR reports and metrics, using ATS systems to filter and streamline, assessing candidates
  • Responsible for coordinating and managing global talent acquisition systems such as the Hogan Assessment site, background checks and final interview processes, etc.
  • Manage job postings on internal and external sites
  • Provide regular updates to the Director, Talent Acquisition on recruiting and candidate status, including consistent follow-up
  • Work with Marketing to coordinate online and corporate website for recruiting, including social media employer branding
  • Work with hiring managers to determine core responsibilities of new positions and evaluate existing positions for changes/additions
  • Create reports and metrics as needed

Education and Experience:

  • Post-secondary education in business or Human Resources
  • HR or Talent Acquisition designation highly desirable
  • Minimum 3-5 years of progressive experience in a Human Resources role with exposure to Talent Acquisition sourcing and coordination.

  • Worked with a variety of search mediums or sourcing channels to fill hard to fill and critical openings.
  • Ability to work independently and as a team with varying levels of supervision and can quickly assimilate to new technology and build solutions to meet business needs
  • Internet savvy with experience mining online databases is preferred.
