Job Summary:

As a Talent Acquisition Executive, you will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and

recruiting top talent for Data Engineering roles. You will manage the entire

recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to coordinating interviews and

extending offers. you will ensure a seamless candidate experience and attracting top

talent to support our data-driven initiatives. Additionally, you will track, manage, and

report on recruitment data daily, ensuring a streamlined and efficient hiring process.

Location: Whitefield, Bangalore

Mode: Hybrid.


Key Responsibilities:

End-to-End Recruitment:

Manage the full recruitment life cycle from initial contact through to the offer

  • stage and onboarding.
  • Extend job offers to successful candidates and manage the negotiation process
  • as needed.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Sourcing & Recruiting:
  • Source and attract qualified candidates for Data Engineering roles through
  • various channels including job boards, social media, employee referrals, and
  •  
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to ensure a robust
  • candidate pipeline.


  1. Screen resumes, conduct initial phone interviews, and assess candidate fit based

on job requirements.

Interview Management:

  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates,
  • ensuring a smooth interview process.
  • Prepare candidates for interviews by providing detailed information about the
  • company, team, and job role.
  • Gather feedback from interviewers and facilitate decision-making processes.
  • Data Management & Reporting:
  • Track and manage recruitment data on a daily basis using internal tools and
  •  
  • Prepare and present recruitment metrics and reports to the HR Manager and
  • other stakeholders.
  • Analyze recruitment data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Collaboration & Communication:
  • Work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements and team
  •  
  • Maintain strong communication with candidates and internal stakeholders
  • throughout the recruitment process.
  • Participate in team meetings, recruitment events, and other HR initiatives as
  •  

Qualifications:

  • Excellent Communication and Articulation skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or MBA in Human Resources, Business
  • Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, particularly for technical
  • roles like Data Engineering, AI / ML.
  • Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques, recruitment best practices, and
  • interview coordination.
  • Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced
  •  
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret recruitment data and metrics.


Preferred Skills:

  • Experience recruiting for Data Engineering or other technical roles in the tech
  •  
  • Familiarity with data management and reporting tools (e.g., Excel, Google
  • Sheets, recruitment software).
  • Understanding of technical skills and qualifications relevant to Data Engineering.
