Overview of this position:
We are seeking an experienced Recruiter ( on contract) to join our dynamic team. The ideal
candidate will have a proven track record in full-cycle recruiting, with a focus on sourcing,
screening, and hiring top talent across various lines of business within the organization. This
role requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable
of building strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates alike.

Key Responsibilities:

● Source and attract candidates through various channels, including job boards, social
media, networking events, and employee referrals.
● Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidates’ qualifications and fit for
specific roles.
● Coordinate and manage the interview process, including scheduling, feedback
collection, and offer negotiation.
● Provide guidance and support to hiring managers on best practices for interviewing and
selection.
● Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system
(ATS) - Greenhouse
● Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring
needs.
● Partner with hiring managers to understand the requirements and effectively collaborate
to help close the position
● Market Intelligence - stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in recruitment
and talent acquisition.
● Regularly update the trackers and internal records
● Participate in employer branding initiatives to enhance the company's reputation as an
employer of choice.
● Collaborate with the HR team on various projects and initiatives as needed.

Qualifications:
● Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Engineering or
related field.
● Minimum of 6 years of experience in recruitment, with a focus on full-cycle recruiting.
● Proven track record of successfully filling positions across various levels and functions.
● Strong understanding of recruiting metrics and analytics to track and measure
effectiveness.
● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with
diverse stakeholders.
● Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
simultaneously.
● Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools -
Greenhouse, Goodtimes, Gem, Workday preferred.
● Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
● Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
● Recognized recruitment certification is a plus.
