Job Responsibility

The Taiwan Sales Manager is responsible for Laminate and Film business development in Taiwan and Lead Taiwan Origin (LTO) fabricators across regions. Manage the customer relationship and look for long term strategic partnership. Understand the Dupont’s value proposition to upsell the product and other intangible value to key customers through the value chain include Fabricator, OEM/OEM and End Customer

  • Business development and opportunity scouting in particular targeting at Industrial and Medical segment in addition to Consumer Electronics
  • Account management for Laminate and Film business
  • Key commercial contact window to regional/global engagement for Laminate and Film business collaborations
  • Strong business acumen on demand signal (Short/Medium/Long). Manage monthly demand forecast aligned as much as acuate to the financial outlook.
  • Work closely with oversea plants (US and Japan) for the supply planning to ensure the supply stability and shipment schedule on track.
  • Manage and develop opportunity pipeline and provide timely update through SFDC.
  • Collect market intelligence and provide timely input for sound strategy and tactics development. 
  • Excellent communicator across various functions includes Marketing, PLM, Manufactory and Supply Chain

Qualifications

  • Bachelor or above degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering or Business.
  • Minimum 8 years of professional experience in PCB or Electronics Assembly Industry.
  • Intensive knowledge on Flexible Printed Circuit (FPC), Printed Circuit Board or Electronics Assembly
  • Understand Polyimide Film and Flexible Copper Clad Laminator (FCCL) is preferable.
  • Fluent in English communication includes listen, speaking, reading and writing.
  • Sophisticated computer skills including the use of Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SFDC (Salesforce)
  • Highly self-motivated and result oriented. Good team player.
  • Domestic business travel is required.
