We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition (TA) Coordinator to support the recruitment process and ensure smooth execution of talent acquisition activities. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in coordinating hiring processes, facilitating communication between candidates and hiring managers, and ensuring an exceptional candidate experience from initial contact to onboarding.

You will make an impact by:

1. Recruitment Coordination:

  • Assist in scheduling and coordinating interviews, assessments, and meetings for candidates.
  • Coordinate logistics for interviews (in-person, virtual, or hybrid), including room booking, technical setup, and ensuring all necessary materials are available.

2. Job Posting & Candidate Sourcing:

  • Assist in posting job openings on various recruitment platforms, internal job boards, and social media channels.
  • Support the talent acquisition team in sourcing candidates through databases, job boards, social media, and networking events.

3. Application Tracking & Documentation:

  • Ensure proper documentation of candidate interactions, interview notes, and evaluations.
  • Prepare and maintain recruitment reports to track the status of open roles and the progress of candidates.

4. Collaboration with Hiring Managers:

  • Provide timely updates on recruitment activities, status of candidates, and key metrics.
  • Help manage hiring workflows, ensuring deadlines are met and processes run smoothly.

5. Continuous Improvement:

  • Contribute ideas for improving the recruitment process, including candidate sourcing strategies, interview processes, and overall candidate experience.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and diversity & inclusion initiatives.

 Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Education: MBA in HR
  • Experience: 1-2 years of experience in recruitment coordination, talent acquisition, or human resources (preferred).

Technical:

  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Communication Skills:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to engage professionally with candidates, hiring managers, and senior leaders.
     

Organizational Skills:

  • Strong attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
  • Excellent time management and problem-solving skills.

Interpersonal Skills:

  • Strong interpersonal skills with a collaborative and approachable personality.
  • Ability to work effectively within a team, while also demonstrating independent initiative.
