The opportunity:

We are seeking a Systems Analyst with expertise in system integrations and distributed team management. This role will support eCommerce platforms and cloud based enterprise systems. As a Systems Analyst, you will not only manage and enhance critical systems but also play an active role in strategic decision-making, contributing to architecture and integration planning in collaboration with cross-functional teams. This position demands a high degree of stakeholder management, with a focus on gathering user requirements, application services, and delivering integrated solutions across platforms.


 

What you’ll do:

  • System Review and Optimization: Evaluate and optimize current IT systems (Financial, E-Commerce, and Software Applications) to improve performance and align with business objectives.

  • Requirement Gathering and Analysis: Collaborate closely with stakeholders and users to gather, analyze, and document system requirements, ensuring alignment with business goals.

  • Strategic and Architectural Planning: Partner with IT leadership and other departments to support architectural decisions and contribute to strategic planning for system integrations and enhancements.

  • System Integration Management: Lead the integration of new systems and applications, ensuring smooth implementation across distributed teams and supporting cross-functional initiatives.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as a bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders, facilitating clear and effective communication to align objectives and ensure quality outcomes.

  • Quality Assurance: Oversee and manage the quality and performance of systems, performing rigorous testing and troubleshooting to ensure systems are reliable, efficient, and scalable.

  • Team Leadership and Mentorship: Manage distributed development teams to ensure timely, effective, and collaborative project execution, while maintaining high standards of system performance and user satisfaction.

  • Training and Documentation: Develop and conduct training initiatives, providing comprehensive support materials to help end-users and teams fully leverage system capabilities.

What you’ll bring: 

  • Extensive Analytical Skills: Ability to handle large data sets, identify system gaps, and design improvements, supported by a strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.
  • System Integration Expertise: Proven experience in system integration projects, preferably within eCommerce environments. Familiarity with platforms such as BigCommerce, Piano, Stripe, Braintree, and related applications.

  • Distributed Team Management: Experience leading distributed teams, ensuring effective collaboration, goal alignment, and successful project delivery across geographic locations.

  • User-Centric Approach: Skilled at gathering user requirements, understanding business needs, and translating them into actionable technical requirements.

  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders, foster collaboration, and build trusted relationships.

  • Adaptability and Critical Thinking: Ability to quickly adapt to evolving needs, exercise sound judgment, and think critically to solve complex integration challenges and deliver innovative solutions.

  • Technical Proficiency: Advanced technical knowledge in integration tools, data flow management, and system architecture that supports a range of applications and services.

You'll standout if you have:

  • Experience in eCommerce Application Support: Familiarity with BigCommerce, Piano, Stripe, Braintree, and similar eCommerce solutions.

  • Workday and ERP Experience: Hands-on experience with Workday or similar ERP systems is highly desirable.

  • 3 - 5 Years in a Systems Analyst or similar role: Strong background in system integrations, user requirement analysis, and application services.

$100,000 - $130,000

Above is the annualized pay range for this position. In addition, this position includes the opportunity to earn our annual Performance Based Variable Pay Program. Actual salary will be set based upon a range of factors, including external benchmark market data, individual knowledge, skills, experience, location and internal equity.
