We are seeking a skilled and experienced Systems Administrator to join our team who has the experience and knowledge to ensure the smooth functions of IT systems, monitor for potential issues in a proactive manner, and can support compatibility between systems. They will also govern datacenter operations. This position requires onsite work in Moorestown, NJ and up to 25% travel to the National Capital Region.
Key Responsibilities:

Install and configure software, hardware, and networks.

Monitor system performance and troubleshooting issues.

Ensure security of IT infrastructure.

Troubleshoot issues and outages.
-
Upgrade systems with new releases and models.
-
Be proactive about challenges or constraints within the program and manage them accordingly.

Provide detailed specifications for proposed solutions including materials, manpower and time necessary.
Qualifications:
-
Active DoD Secret clearance.
-
Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, or a related field or applicable work experience.

Six years of experience as a System Administrator, preferably in the government sector.

Demonstrated experience with VMware (Vcenter).
-
Experience with Cisco ACI products or related Cisco technical environments.
-
Experience with data system security.
-
Experience with creating scripts in Python, Perl, or other scripting languages.

Professional experience and high-level understanding of working with various operating systems and their implications.
