Job Description:
About the Role:
TreeHouse Foods offers college juniors and seniors the chance to learn new skills and gain valuable hands-on experience in field of Supply Chain Planning. Throughout your internship, you will have a unique opportunity to work alongside experienced subject matter experts to support operational tasks and initiatives, helping contribute to and shape our supply chain processes. Some of the skills and experience that this program can provide include:
- Demand Planning: Assist in analyzing historical sales data, market trends, and customer forecasts to improve demand accuracy and optimize inventory levels.
- Supply Planning: Analyze capacity trends, review material requirements, and help build plans to build the right amount of inventory at the right time.
- Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels, ensuring we maintain strong service levels while also developing strategies to minimize waste.
- Data Analysis & Reporting: Develop skills in data interpretation, reporting, and visualization in key supply chain performance indicators.
- Process Documentation & Continuous Improvement: Assist in documenting supply chain processes and identifying opportunities for cost savings and optimization.

The anticipated compensation for this position ranges from $ 18 to $24 per hour. This is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. An employee’s position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, specific competencies, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics and business or organizational needs. For certain roles, the successful candidate may be eligible for annual discretionary merit compensation award, bonus and equity pay.

This internship is located at our Oak Brook, IL corporate office on a hybrid schedule.

- Enrolled in a Supply Chain Management, Business Analytics, Operations Management, Business Management, or another related undergraduate program.
- Progressing with your studies and have less than two years remaining until expected graduation.
- Passionate about supply chain operations and interested in pursuing a career in the field upon graduation.
