About the Role:

Oversees team that provides administrative duties for executive or senior leadership management team, their direct reports and others, as needed. May directly provide administrative support to senior leader(s) at the SVP level.  Coordinates the organization's administrative systems and processes to ensure efficient operations.

What You Will Do:

  • Devises ways to streamline administrative processes.
  • Implements efficient systems for tasks like document management, communication, and workflow.
  • Ensures seamless coordination between different departments.
  • Recruits and trains administrative personnel.
  • Allocates responsibilities and office space effectively.
  • Facilitates the smooth flow of information within the company.
  • Manages schedules, deadlines, and communication channels.
  • Keeps abreast of organizational changes and business developments.
  • Oversees budgetary constraints related to material purchases and travel expenses.
  • Organizes and supervises various office activities (e.g., recycling, renovations, event planning).
  • Collaborates with other administrative staff to accomplish work assignments.
  • Prepares and distributes professional quality documents, reports or presentations.
  • Coordinates on-site and off-site meetings for executives.
  • Other duties as assigned.

What You Will Need:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent education and work experience
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Typically 5+ years related experience.
  • Experience interacting with and supporting senior and executive levels of management required.
  • Knowledge of administrative practices and procedures, data management methods, basic accounting practices and human resources practices.

Salary range:  $57,582.12 – $106,345.10

The salary range reflects the minimum and maximum target for a new hire in this role. Individual pay within the range will be determined by multiple factors which can include but are not limited to a candidate’s experience, qualifications, skills, and location. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary for your location during the hiring process. Ranges may be modified in the future. This role is also eligible for an annual performance-based incentive opportunity.  Pathward offers a comprehensive benefits package for eligible employees, including health insurance, 401(k) retirement benefits, life insurance, disability benefits, paid time off, and more.
